Volunteering

(as stated and initialed on the registration)

Each family with a competitive swimmer(s) - Novice, Age Group, Pre-Senior, & Senior - is expected to contribute four (4) blocks of volunteering time per Competitive session in support of the RFSC. The primary volunteering opportunities each session are RFSC-hosted swim meets. Volunteering at all home RFHS Girls or Boys meets during each season (usually 3-5 meets) also counts as ONE volunteer block. There may be additional volunteer opportunities throughout the season that would be communicated via email should they arise.

The option to buy out of your volunteering requirements is available for $400. If volunteering is not completed, your payment method on file will be billed at $100 per block.

Running a successful swim meet takes hundreds of volunteers. The River Falls Swim Club keeps its swim fees at a very low price and does not require fundraisers as many other groups do. Swim meets are our fundraiser and therefore we need EVERY family to pitch in.
